Hello lovelies!
Hope everyone is keeping well as we continue our quarantine life.
I am sharing a recipe I put together because I have an overload of bananas that are about to go bad! I usually shop for groceries once a week, but I always ensure we have plenty of fruit on hand. The downfall of this is that sometimes it can go bad if you don't eat it on a timely basis. So, I sliced the ripened bananas and put them in freezer so I can easily grab them when I need them!
This recipe is so simple, but there a few things I want to mention about the ingredients.
Greek Yogurt: I typically use Liberte Greek, plain and unsweetened.
Milk: I enjoy using oat or almond milk by Earth's Own Canada. I love using this 100% plant-based milk substitute. Plus, I love supporting Canadian businesses!
Lastly, I did not mention this in the recipe, but I improvised last minute and added some granola as a topping. It was amazing! It added a little bit of sweetness to it since I used unsweetened greek yogurt.
Hope you enjoy this recipe and be sure to drop me a comment if you try it out!
Love,
Big T
xoxo
