We are ready to mojito our way through the day in celebration of Cinco de Mayo!
This cocktail ✔️ all my boxes (low carb, low cal, and easy to make). In my books, simple is always more!
Ingredients:
1. 6 mint leaves
2. 1 freshly squeezed lime
3. 1 - 1.5 oz tequila
4. Sparkling water (flavoured tastes better but you can decide!)
5. Blueberries (optional for garnish)
6. Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. In a glass, muddle mint and lime juice until mint is lightly crushed.
2. Add tequila and stir well.
3. Add ice and top off with sparkling water
4. Garnish with left over mint, blueberries and lime wedge.
5. Enjoy!
